Naanum Rowdy Thaan Full Movie With English Subtitles Download Naanum Rowdy Thaan is a 1979 Tamil-language Indian feature film directed by Ravichandran. The film stars MGR, Sumithra, Jaishankar and Major Sundarrajan. It was the first movie produced by MGR's production company Tamil Nadu Films. This movie is about four youngsters from a small fishing community trying to make their fortune in the city of Madras (now Chennai). The story centers on how these four friends take on corrupt politicians and bureaucrats to win back their stolen land from a private factory owner. "Time flies when you're having fun. It's all fun and play for us. We're not hurting anyone. The land is ours, the factory is theirs. What's all this, we say? Well, let me tell you," (MGR) says in the movie and then he lashes out and smashes a water bottle on a table: "I'll be out of office in two years if I don't do something about this". That scene is used to introduce MGR's character in this movie; a man who cannot sit back and let things get worse than they already are. And so, he takes action, by appealing to the corrupt politicians and the rich factory owner. He wants them to give back what is rightfully his.
